Can I collect the goods directly from one of your retail outlets? 

Yes, of course just let us know by telephone or email see contact us when you will collect the goods and we can ensure they will be ready for you.

How is my order and Payment Processed?

When an order is placed a unique order reference number is generated and assigned to the order. Once the unique order reference number has been generated an email to you the customer will be sent detailing the shopping basket content. The customer will then be directed to a secure site using the latest encryption technology and payment will be taken. Once payment has been received the customer will receive a second email confirming delivery date and order details.

When can I expect to receive my goods?

All deliveries will be made in accordance to the delivery method chosen at the time of ordering. All delivery times are approximations and may vary for reasons beyond our control therefore, Romantic Rooms will not be held responsible for delayed deliveries by any third parties. Romantic Rooms will endeavour to deliver goods within 30 days if not sooner.
