Order Processing
Terms of Trade
Romantic Rooms requires payment in full at the time of order placement. Payment may be made either by cheque, bank transfer or by credit/debit card. Items will only be allocated to the customer on full clearance of payment including postage and packaging.
Order Online
When an order is placed a unique order reference number is generated and assigned to the order via the shopping basket functionality. Once the unique order reference number has been generated an email to you the customer will be sent detailing the shopping basket content. The customer will then be directed to a secure site using the latest encryption technology and payment will be taken. Once payment has been received the customer will receive a second email confirming delivery date and order details.
Delivery Options
When you place an order with Romantic Rooms via our website or by telephone see contact us, you will be informed on the availability of the goods ordered, if the goods are temporarily unavailable we will endeavour to provide the ordered goods as soon as possible and inform you when you can expect to receive your delivery. The customer pays all delivery charges, these charges will be added to the cost of the product. Romantic Rooms will refund the customers original delivery charge if a product is faulty or damaged.
All deliveries will be made in accordance to the delivery method chosen at the time of ordering. All delivery times are approximations and may vary for reasons beyond our control therefore, Romantic Rooms will not be held responsible for delayed deliveries by any third parties.
Change or Cancel an Order
Should you wish to change or cancel an order please contact us and time during working hours as specified on the about us page. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand.
Refund/Returns Procedure
Romantic Rooms hopes you will be pleased with your purchase. If you wish to return anything bought from us we will be happy to refund or exchange the goods if faulty or damaged and we are notified (see contact us) within 2 days of delivery. Returns should be made within 7 days of delivery, unused, and in original, undamaged packing.
Romantic Rooms strongly recommend you send the goods by registered post as proof of postage as we are unable to refund until we receive the goods.
NB Romantic Rooms will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received.
